Our platform enables businesses to run autonomous, human-like phone conversations at scale. We are a fast-moving team focused on real client deployments and scalable AI solutions.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid role combining campaign operations and conversational AI development.

You will build and optimize AI voice bots, design prompts and dialogue flows, and manage live client campaigns end-to-end. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize AI voice bots using various AI tools and models
• Create prompts, scripts, and multi-step dialogue flows
• Build campaign logic and bot behavior scenarios
• Launch and manage client voice campaigns end-to-end
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns in real time
• Analyze call data, recordings, and transcripts
• Work with APIs, integrations, and internal tools
• Maintain documentation and prompt libraries

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Technical mindset (automation logic, APIs, no-code/low-code tools)
• Fluent English (written and spoken) — mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with voice AI tools (ElevenLabs, Vapi, Bland, Retell, etc.)
• Experience with telephony platforms (Twilio, Aircall)
• Background in call center operations or campaign management
• Basic scripting or automation (Python, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Arabic language — a strong advantage
