Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the Arabic desk within the GCC region

  • Acquire new clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and strategic partners focused on the GCC market

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners

  • Identify new market opportunities and analyze competitor activity

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and client support

  • Prepare regular reports on performance, pipeline, and market trends

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high service standards.

  • Analyze client and partner needs and take appropriate actions based on individual needs.

  • Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.

  • Offer business development ideas on market and results development to supervisors

  • Stay up to date with the latest company offerings, promotions, and policies, and communicate these effectively to clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven minimum of 2 years experience in business development or sales within the FX, CFD

  • Experience working in or targeting the GCC region is a strong advantage

  • Existing network of clients, IBs, or partners is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Arabic as a native language

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems

  • Willingness to travel within the GCC region when required
