Candidate Requirements (Media Buyers / Performance Marketing, iGaming)

We are looking for experienced specialists at Middle and Senior levels in the iGaming (gambling) vertical.

1. Candidate Levels

Middle Media Buyer

  • Average monthly PnL: $20,000–$50,000 (over the last 6 months)
  • Experience: 1.5+ years in iGaming (mandatory)
  • Important: Only candidates with relevant gambling experience are considered (not general performance marketing)

Senior Media Buyer

  • Average monthly PnL: $50,000+
  • Experience: 3+ years in iGaming
  • Additional: Proven experience in scaling and finding new profitable bundles/offers

2. Required Professional Competencies

Candidates must have the following skills and knowledge:

  • Understanding of current iGaming and performance marketing trends
  • Ability to create clear technical tasks for:

    • Designers
    • UGC content creators
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing ad campaigns independently (including work with Keitaro/Binom or similar trackers)
  • Confident use of pre-landing tools (PWA / apps) without constant involvement of technical specialists
  • Strong understanding of key metrics and analytics, including:

    • uEPC
    • Funnel conversion rates
    • Basic and advanced Facebook Ads / tracker metrics
  • Understanding of cloaking principles and ability to set it up independently
  • Experience in managing multi-channel traffic flows:

    • Distribution between iOS / Android
    • Proper user routing
    • Ability to explain decision-making logic during interviews
