Location: Kyiv, city center (3 minutes from metro) / relocation available
Working Hours: 11:00–20:00 (Kyiv time)
Team Size: Planned growth to 50 FTE

Role Overview:
Looking for a CEO to lead company strategy, operations, and international expansion. The role involves overseeing multi-geography projects, setting strategic goals, managing key departments, and ensuring profitability. English fluency is required, and relocation support is provided for international candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute company strategy across multiple geographies
• Lead and mentor senior managers and department heads
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and profitability
• Build and scale teams, processes, and company culture
• Represent the company externally and expand global partnerships
• Ensure operational efficiency and high-quality execution of all projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar executive role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven track record in managing multi-geography projects
• English fluency is mandatory
• Strategic thinker with ability to make data-driven decisions

• Base salary: $4,000–$8,000 + % of net profit (negotiable)
• Monthly payment by the 5th of each month
• Relocation support and private housing provided for international candidates
