Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to own and develop B2B sales of AI-powered voice outreach and call center solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to demos and deal closing. You will work with innovative AI technology and help businesses transform how they communicate with customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline targeting companies relying on phone-based communication (fintech, insurance, real estate, lead generation, service-driven industries)
- Research target companies, understand their business needs, and tailor outreach strategies
- Present and sell AI voice solutions for outbound campaigns (appointment setting, lead reactivation, sales outreach) and inbound use cases (customer support, lead qualification, retention)
- Clearly explain benefits of AI-driven voice agents, integrations, and measurable business impact
- Manage full deal cycle: discovery calls, product demos, objection handling, pricing negotiation, and deal closure
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and successful campaign launches
- Track all sales activities and KPIs (demos booked, proposals sent, deals closed, revenue generated) in CRM (HubSpot) and report to the Head of Sales
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record in selling complex or service-based solutions
- Experience in call center services, customer support solutions, SDR-as-a-service, or voice-based outreach is highly preferred
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills; able to navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Proficiency with lead sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Solid understanding of call center and outreach metrics (connection rate, talk time, qualified lead rate)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in AI technologies and their application in business communication
