The company specializes in iGaming, Betting, and Forex, creating highly effective marketing funnels and acquiring high-quality users for online casinos, betting platforms, and forex brokers. The main focus is not just traffic volume, but traffic quality, user value, and long-term results for partners.

The team is looking for an experienced Facebook Media Buyer to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Tier 1–2 GEOs (Austria, Germany, Canada, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Czech Republic). The role involves managing large budgets, optimizing ROI, conducting A/B tests of creatives and hypotheses, building and improving funnels, and collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
• Scale campaigns with focus on ROI / ROMI
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives and hypotheses
• Analyze key metrics (CPA, CPM, CTR, EPC, FTD)
• Build and optimize funnels from scratch
• Generate high-quality traffic at scale
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve targets

Requirements

• 1–3+ years in affiliate marketing / media buying
• Experience managing budgets of $1,000+/day or $50,000+/month
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, CPM, C2I, IPM, EPC)
• Proven cases of scaling campaigns while maintaining ROI
• Expertise in creatives and current trends
• Experience with crash traffic and quality traffic sources
• Understanding of PWA / iOS WebView
• Analytical mindset and proactivity
