Affiliate Manager (Middle)

About the Company & Role

An international iGaming operator with an office in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to handle premium and VIP traffic. The company provides sports betting and casino offerings with live dealers and a wide range of games. Its advanced marketing infrastructure includes affiliate programs, VIP reward systems, and bonus campaigns to boost retention and engagement.

In this role, the Affiliate Manager will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing partners, optimizing campaigns, and working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models to ensure high-quality traffic and consistent business results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and CPA networks
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals
• Monitor traffic quality, NGR, ROI, and overall campaign performance
• Optimize campaigns and manage underperforming sources
• Coordinate with Product, CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Payments teams
• Ensure compliance and detect fraudulent traffic
• Prepare reports and provide analytical insights

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Proven experience in iGaming or betting
• Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka / SoftSwiss is a plus)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Russian language — mandatory
• English — B2+
• GEO focus: CIS, EU
