We are a licensed online betting and casino operator in South Africa, developing a premium entertainment platform focused on VIP players and users who value speed, security, and high-quality service.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Head of CRM to build and lead the CRM function for a growing iGaming business in South Africa.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute CRM strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth)
  • Build player lifecycle communications and automated flows
  • Optimize segmentation and bonus strategy
  • Analyze performance (retention, ARPU, churn)
  • Build and scale CRM team and processes

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in CRM / Retention in iGaming or betting
  • Experience leading CRM function or team
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of player lifecycle, LTV, retention, and segmentation
