We are a licensed online betting and casino operator in South Africa, developing a premium entertainment platform focused on VIP players and users who value speed, security, and high-quality service.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Head of CRM to build and lead the CRM function for a growing iGaming business in South Africa.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute CRM strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth)
- Build player lifecycle communications and automated flows
- Optimize segmentation and bonus strategy
- Analyze performance (retention, ARPU, churn)
- Build and scale CRM team and processes
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in CRM / Retention in iGaming or betting
- Experience leading CRM function or team
- Strong data-driven mindset
- Deep understanding of player lifecycle, LTV, retention, and segmentation
