About the Company & Role

A well-established affiliate and media buying team with over 2.5 years on the market is expanding into a new Gambling (In-App) direction. The team works primarily with Tier 1–2 GEOs, focusing on high-quality traffic, scalability, and stable results.

The Team Lead will take full responsibility for launching and developing this new direction from scratch. The role includes managing personal traffic campaigns, building and growing a team of media buyers, setting up processes, KPIs, and internal analytics, controlling traffic quality and volumes, and collaborating closely with product, analytics, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale Gambling traffic (In-App)

• Manage personal traffic campaigns at the start

• Build and develop a team of media buyers

• Establish processes, KPIs, and internal analytics

• Monitor traffic quality and volumes

• Collaborate with product, analytics, and technical teams

Requirements

• Experience with Gambling In-App traffic

• Proven track record of personal traffic campaigns

• 1+ year experience as a Team Lead

• Understanding of scaling, optimization, and team management

• Results-oriented and responsible
